Ordering Unless otherwise specified, all items are in stock and available for sale. On occasion, two buyers may submit an order and payment for the same item. If only one item is available the first sale received will be honored. The second buyer will be notified of the situation, and will receive a full refund and sincere apologies. Payment Buttercup-Clothing.net accepts payments in US Dollars via PayPal. The great news is you no longer have to have a PayPal account to make a payment using PayPal! You can pay via secure PayPal shopping carts, using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Paypal also offers the option to pay via your bank account with E-Check . PayPal E-Checks can take from 4 - 10 business days to clear. Items purchased via this method will not be shipped until payment has cleared in full. Shipping All orders received with cleared payment, will be shipped within 24 hours if on a business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. Orders paid for using Paypal E-Checks will be shipped only after payment has cleared in full. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed and paid for in full. Please be sure ALL information you provide during checkout is correct. Please make sure you provide the correct name and shipping address as this is the address your order will be shipped to. Buttercup-Clothing.net is not responsible for items shipped to wrong address as provided by customer. All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Buttercup-Clothing.net will ship world wide, except to areas prohibitied by US trade embargoes, including Cuba,Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea),Sudan, and Syria. Returns & Exchanges If you wish to return an item. either for a refund, or for exchange for another item, please e-mail for authorization. All orders authorized for return/exchange must be received by Buttercup-Clothing.net within 30 days from the date on the enclosed packing slip/receipt. Items received after 30 days, or without prior authorization, will be returned to buyer at buyer's cost . Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an order. Please be sure to return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped to you. New items must be unworn,buttoned/zipped,and in orginial packaging. Vintage , or Clearance items are NOT eligible for return so please be sure of your selection before choosing a vintage or clearance item. Donations  One dollar from each sale will donated to various organizations which are working towards finding better treatments, and hopefully a cure for Type 1 Diabetes (also known as Juvenile Onset Diabetes). Type 1 Diabetes is an auto immune disease in which one’s own body attacks and kills the beta cells in the pancreas, leaving the pancreas unable to produce insulin, a valuable hormone which we all need to live. People with Type 1 Diabetes must inject insulin, and perform painful finger pokes to check that their blood sugar is at a safe level, multiple times per day, and throughout the night, in order to stay alive. Type 1 Diabetes is neither caused, nor cured by diet. But those of us who live and breathe this auto immune disease every day and night, are hoping that with more research eventually a cure will be found. Donations will be made at the end of the year, with one dollar from each sale being tallied up, and split between organizations that we feel will best put this money towards good use.
